About Us
Kaleidoscope, Inc. is a fully accredited and licensed facility. We are licensed through the Kentucky Division of Licensing and Regulation for the Cabinet of Health and Human Services. We are also nationally accredited through CARF, the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. CARF is a nationally recognized organization that attests to the quality of our program.
Kaleidoscope, Inc. is a member or affiliate of a number of local, state and national organizations to network and keep informed of legislation and policies that could affect its ability to serve participants. Our affiliations include the Brain Injury Association of Kentucky, Kentucky Rehabilitation Association, Kentucky Association of Private Providers, Kentucky Home Health Association, Jefferson County Support for Community Living Coalition, and the Kentucky Disabilities Coalition.

The primary objectives of Kaleidoscope, Inc. are:

By putting people first, we are able to provide progressive and personalized services.
Staff
Kaleidoscope, Inc. employs professional staff who excel in the care of adults with special needs. All of our staff are provided with specialized training in dealing with individuals with special needs and must complete continuing education. Our employees recognize the importance of stimulating our clients emotionally, physically and mentally.
Our staff includes:
- Registered Nurses on site at the center.
- Personal Care Therapeutic Assistants who attend to the personal care needs of our clients.
- Program Assistants who develop and implement daily activities.
- Occupational Therapists who increase independence with daily living skills.
- Physical Therapists who increase independence with strength, balance, and walking.
- Speech-Language Pathologists who increase independence with communication and cognition.
- Social workers who advocate and assist clients and families as needed.
- Case managers who oversee the participant's overall care and access to various services.
